Enter your phone number and pin code: Upon accessing the Loyalty Rewards Wallet, enter your registered phone number and corresponding pin code. If you haven’t created a pin code or have forgotten it, the system will guide you through the process of resetting or creating a new one.

Access your profile and points: After successfully logging in, you will be able to view your profile, including the number of loyalty points you have accumulated. This profile will also indicate the rewards you are eligible for based on your points balance.

Redeem your rewards: To make use of your earned rewards, you can either place an order online or inform your budtender about the redemption when placing an order over the phone or via text message.
